Two Rivers Association for the
Education of Young Children!

TRAEYC is a local affiliate of the Tennessee Association for the Education of Young Children, (TAEYC), whose members are those who come from diverse occupations, interests and backgrounds who have a passion for helping young children.  TRAEYC represents seven Tennessee counties: Benton, Dickson, Henry, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery and Stewart.

TRAEYC seeks to empower children and adults to achieve their full potential in the field of early childhood by learning and teaching developmentally appropriate practices.

TRAEYC values the uniqueness of each individual child, family member and colleague in context with the community(ies) in which each interacts and indentifies to him/herself.

To serve and act on behalf of the needs, rights and well-being of young children and their families with primary focus on the provision of educational/developmental services and resources.

2012 Membership Luau Social & Training

TRAEYC Members, are you ready to take a break and spend some quality time with your association friends & family??

And, those of you who are not members (yet!), do you want to see what all the fuss and fun is all about??

Grab your grass skirts and leis and join us for a LUAU! 

On Thursday, August 18th, TRAEYC is having a Membership Social Luau AND a Make and Take training titled: "Art & Science All Around Us".  Click on the TRAININGS link above to get time, location and all the goodies that you'll get if you come.

JRCF Conference Early Bird Deadline has been EXTENDED!

Simply The BEST!

The nomination deadline for Simply The Best is fast approaching!  Nominate your child care provider/preschool teacher by email your letter to a.robinson04@yahoo.com by April 15th.

Nominees' meals will be provided by TRAEYC.  Others' meals will cost $25.00.
